I know it’s been a long time since I’ve updated this, and I’ve started to realize that I should probably forget about trying to update ever week or so. I’ve got myself a new job! When my orchestra played in the national ski jump championship on January 25th, I asked a fellow musicman if he knew if anyone was hiring, and he told me the company he worked for was looking for someone. So the next day I sent him my resum? and didn’t think any more of it. Suddenly last week he IM’d me and asked if I was free to come talk with his manager the following day, which I of course was. Christmas came and went, and I got all boring presents. Of course, I’d only put boring presents on my list that year, so at least I got what I wanted.But lets go to more recent events. The last couple of weeks I’d had some backpain that just wouldn’t go away. My neck, shoulders and upper back hurt whenever I moved around. So every day last week, and one day this week, I had sessions with a chiropractor who "broke" my back into working order. No matter how good anyone is at their work, I still find it rather alarming to hear big cracks in my back. But it helped. I thought it’d be smart to write something again before christmas. In my previous post I told you about my new cellphone. Now I even have an image of it. As you can see, customized to my every need.The first snow has also come… and gone again… and come back for good this winter. Temperatures have gone up and down like a jo-jo, but they seem to have stabilized on about -5C for now. As you all know, not the perfect weather/temperature combination for an anti-winter person as myself.
